When Should You Book?
Your wedding day only happens once ~ and dates book up fast.
Photography is one of the first vendors you should secure after setting your date (right alongside your venue). Why? Because your memories deserve to be in safe hands ~ and your photos will be one of the few things you keep forever.
To reserve your date, a $500 non-refundable booking fee is required.
This locks in your spot and ensures no one else can snatch up your date.

Once your retainer is paid and your contract is signed, you're locked in and we’re counting down the days together.

Here’s how it works from here:
01. Let’s chat about your day.
Around 3–6 months out (or sooner if you’re a planner), we’ll start mapping out your timeline. I’ll ask about your ceremony time, location, and everything from getting ready vibes to golden hour portraits.
02. How many hours do you need?
Not sure how long to book? No stress — we’ll figure it out together.
Here’s a quick guide:
6 hours – Covers the key moments: getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and a slice of reception magic
8 hours – A full-day story: all of the above plus first look, speeches, cake cutting, and dance floor
03. I’ll send you a custom timeline.
No cookie-cutter stuff here. I’ll build a timeline that fits you — the light, the vibe, and the little moments that matter most. Think of it like your photo schedule meets your wedding flow.
Need help sooner? I’m always here to help you map it out — even if you're still deciding on ceremony time or tossing up whether to do a first look.
After the “I do”
The confetti’s settled, the heels are off ~ but your story isn’t over.
Here’s what happens next:
01. Sneak Peeks
Within 48–72 hours, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks — enough to relive the day, change your profile pic, and make the post-wedding blues a little more bearable.
02. The Full Gallery
Your full gallery will be ready within 6-8 weeks. Delivered in a beautiful online gallery, ready to download, share, and obsess over.
03. Albums + Prints (optional add on )
Want your photos to live beyond a screen? I offer custom heirloom albums and fine art prints — designed with intention and made to last.
04. Keep in Touch
I don’t disappear after delivery. You’ll always be part of the Lunaya fam. Whether it’s your anniversary, a baby on the way, or a family shoot down the track — I’m here for the next chapter, too.
